Where Change Begins
For those who are interested in participating in our Take Care Clinic as a volunteer, please fill out the following application.
Please note the following:
AVAILABILITY. There is a need for three groups- set up the evening before (1-2 hours), during the event (4 hours), and break down and clean up (1 hour) at the end of the event. Please review your calendar for your availability and commit to a timeframe that is reasonable for you. We also have options for weekday, admin and behind the scenes help.
HOURS. If you are in need of verified volunteer hours for a non profit, please select yes in the application and provide what type of program it’s for.
DETAILS. We don’t need your life story, although Dr. Lexi loves to hear it and know it. Please share what you want and feel comfortable sharing, or don’t.
