To provide access to free holistic healthcare services to create change within our community through education, health and empowerment.
OUR VISION
We offer free + affordable holistic care for our surrounding communities, while equally pouring into the providers who give their all to those who need it most. We integrate education into every resource and service we give, so that those we work with have the tools to support themselves on their own. Our Care Givers are providers who know the importance of equitable care for local communities, offering low cost and free care for a wide range of holistic and proactive health care services. Our work aims to care for those who need care, as much as those who give it-- our dual-sided mission pours into health, wellness and community experts, educators and providers through free business development and grant opportunities.
Our Board of Protectors & Their Approach
Our board was chosen to support our community’s needs in hands-on engagement, resource connection, and care. We believe that cultivating collective care for the community is vital for the health of the individual, and vital for the foundation of family health. We believe we can change the culture of birth, families, communities and society through education and empowerment.
Dr. Lexi Meleski, D.C., Executive Director
Dr. Lexi Meleski is an authentic example and leader in her community, allowing people to express their true authentic selves without shame, guilt, or fear. She loves unconditionally and has never met a stranger, a reason why the space she holds is so inviting. Dr. Lexi has created change within her community through pregnancy, birth and postpartum care and support which transcends present cultural boundaries, because we are changing the game.

Board Director
Laura Patrick is a food entrepreneur and community advocate based in Oak Cliff. She is the owner of Curio Kitchen + Market, a chef-prepared food shop focused on nourishing the local community with fresh, thoughtfully made meals. With a background in communications and a deep commitment to wellness, Laura brings a creative, service-driven perspective to everything she does. As a board member, she’s passionate about fostering connection, accessibility, and well-being across Oak Cliff.
